This international property firm is looking to recruit a Bids Manager to join their team. Working across their service lines and practice groups, the Bids Manager will have exposure across the business and play a key role in developing the firm's key relationships.
With excellent writing and first-class communication skills, the Bids Manager will have responsibility for the production and co-ordination of the bids in addition to strategic responsibility, looking at the process by which they are generated, the way in which they are stored and their effectiveness and success rates.
Working closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams in addition to having regular contact with partners, the ideal candidate will be proactive, tenacious and resilient. With a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a time pressured environment, the Bids Manager will have a proven track record in a similar environment and will have a keen interest in the property sector.
