The Senior Product Manager will be accountable, along with a small team, for growing the business through key customer segments, channels and geographies. The team look after new product development, creating and building new offers and customer propositions and marketing through various channels.
This is a varied and responsible role that requires not only a good leader but an individual with strong commercial acumen, creativity and the ability to build strong relationships across the business. Prior experience in retail banking is essential with a preference for knowledge in current accounts although other product knowledge will certainly be considered.
