Company

Our Client is a leading provider of online instant win, bingo and entertainment branded online games in the UK. The operator pays out in excess of 2m a day or £75m a month in winnings and processes more transactions than the London Stock Exchange. The Company has been awarded Sunday Times #1 position for Tech track technology companies.
The company is based in London and have branch offices in Stoke on Trent and work with our group companies based in Barcelona and Malta.
They have created a broad portfolio that appeals to a much wider audience than traditional 'card and table' game casino players. We provide all the necessary games, back office systems, reporting and customer support to maintain and run a successful gaming channel.

The company currently employs over 120 staff based at our Head Office in Regents Street along with over 40 staff working in our teams at Stoke On Trent and across the UK.

Purpose of Role
 
This role is accountable for all offline marketing channels and is responsible for delivering gross profit for all offline marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for a seven figure offline marketing budget
- Devise offline marketing strategy
- Define channel mix
- Propose and agree budgets with company board
- Liaise with external and internal companies to produce offline marketing material
- Select and brief external agencies as appropriate and manage the creative production process
- Monitor, measure and evaluate channel KPIs and report these to company board
- Post-campaign analysis and research to inform future strategy
- Ensure that all marketing complies with brand guidelines
- Solid offline marketing experience
- Media planning experience
- Analytical - strong experience with measuring and evaluating offline marketing campaigns
- Experience with Direct Response TV campaigns
- Experience with print campaigns
- Experience with planning and delivering integrated campaigns
- Experience with working with creative agencies
- Experience with radio, outdoor, field marketing and direct mail campaigns would be beneficial  
*         Identify KPIs to measure brand equity
*         Value-added advice and consultation to online teams
*         Run integrated campaigns with online and player retention teams
*         General and specific training as and when required by line management.
*         To keep open and continual communications with line management and the teams around you with regard to workload and projects.
*         To work on any other reasonable task requested by line management

This role requires strong individual who is a self motivated, hard working and enthusiastic team member with a passion for online and offline marketing and an ability to execute tasks on their own initiative.
