HP drafts Wilson for dual MD and GM role
Hewlett-Packard has appointed Nick Wilson to the roles of managing director for the UK and Ireland, and general manager and VP of Technology Solutions Group (TSG) for the same region.

He replaces Steve Gill, who is moving to the role of MD and VP TSG for HP Korea.
Wilson’s appointment is effective immediately. He will lead the country management team and will be responsible for driving the HP enterprise business in the UK and Ireland.
He will report to Francesco Serafini, HP Europe the Middle East and Africa managing director, and TSG EMEA senior VP.
Wilson has spent over 20 years in the IT Industry holding a number of senior roles spanning both technology and services running businesses in the UK and across EMEA.
He joins HP from CSC, the business technology services firm, where he was president and chief executive for its UK, Nordics, Middle East and Africa business. In addition he also managed the global outsourcing business for EMEA and global accounts.
