Givenchy launches ad slogan competition

Parfums Givenchy is launching a competition inviting people to create a slogan for its new fragrance Very Irrªsistible. The winning slogan will appear on print ads featuring actress Liv Tyler.
The author of the winning entry will also receive a trip to New York to meet Tyler, a Givenchy spokesmodel. The contest is being run by online marketing platform Brickfish.
Parfums Givenchy vice-president of marketing Linda Maiocco says: “Tapping into the creativity of our consumers is a fun and engaging way to determine what emotions are inspired by the imagery of the ads and the personality of the scent.”
She adds: “We are excited to reach out to consumers and find out how their perceptions translate into the perfect slogan.” The competition closes on September 15.
