The ad campaign is expected to be unveiled in the autumn.
Leo Burnett handles the advertising for the catalogue business, which has been struggling to compete with competition such as the successful Asos.com.
It reviewed its advertising business, held at WCRS, last year.
The company, owned by Shop Direct, split its Littlewoods and Very.co.uk (previously Littlewoods Direct) businesses between Leo Burnett and VCCP.
At the end of last year, the retailer launched campaigns for both brands. Littlewoods’ Christmas ad promoted the fact that customers could spread their payments over time.
Very.co.uk’s advertising features Holly Willoughby and Fearne Cotton.
