Insightful article. We try to teach our customers that one needs to make your brand consistent across the different channels but what of course is key is what people find when they look behind the brand. No company is going to say they are not trustworthy, or that their products are 2nd rate, but more and more the social crowd are the ones that decide if you truly are what you say you are. I like the idea of being radically transparent. - Shaun.
